Hughesville AYSO Refund Policy

1. All refund request must be made in writing to the Regional Commissioner, or e-mailed to [email protected] prior to the start of the first soccer season the player will be participating in.

   1. Players who register between May 1st and July 31st must request a refund before August 1st.

   2. Players who register between January 1st and March 31 must request a refund before April 1st.

2. National Membership and associated fees are non-refundable, therefore refunds are limited to $20 per player.

3. To expedite the refund process, please provide the following information when making your request

   • Parent Name

   • Child's Name

   • Home Address

   • Email Address

   • Phone Number

   • Reason for Refund

4. Hughesville American Youth Soccer Organization reserves the right to accept or deny any refund requested for any reason.
